We are looking for a Strategic Customer and Business Manager

Recway continues to develop and strengthen its strategic customer operations.

We are now looking for a business-driven and relationship-oriented person who wants to take overall responsibility for our key customers and contribute to further developing our sales and customer structure. With us, you will play a central role in ensuring that our customer relationships are long-term, professional, and commercially sustainable – in an operation where quality, trust, and security are crucial. This is a role for you who want to combine strategy with operational business development and influence Recway's continued position in the market for security assessments, background checks, and personnel security.

About the role

As a Strategic Customer and Business Manager at Recway, you have overall responsibility for developing, deepening, and structuring our most important customer relationships.

You will work both strategically and operationally with business development and ensure that our customer collaborations are profitable, professional, and long-term.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Building and developing long-term relationships with both existing and new key customers
• Designing and implementing customer and business strategies in line with Recway's business goals
• Identifying business opportunities through upselling, packaging, and strategic consulting
• Planning and conducting negotiations and ensuring clear and sustainable agreements
• Collaborating closely with the delivery organization to ensure that customer promises are met with quality in execution
• Following up on sales targets, KPIs, and business data to optimize results and customer experience
• Acting as a business partner to management teams and senior decision-makers

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with documented experience in customer responsibility, strategic sales, or key account management – preferably within B2B and the consulting or service sector.

You are business-driven, structured, and have a natural ability to build trust in complex organizations.

We would like you to have:

• Experience working with management teams and senior decision-makers
• Experience working with long-term business plans and customer strategies
• A strong ability to identify customer needs and translate them into concrete business opportunities
• Analytical skills and confidence in working with follow-ups, forecasts, and CRM systems
• Professional communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Relevant education in sales, business development, economics, or similar (meritorious)

Meritorious experiences

• Experience from the security industry, consulting, or other regulated environments
• Previous responsibility for larger strategic customer accounts
• Experience with procurement and work against the public sector

• Fixed monthly salary
