Vision is a modern and growing trade union in constant change, and we continue to increase our union strength. Vision's members lead, develop, and administer welfare services and work in municipalities, regions, private companies, or the church. Our 220,000 members are spread across the country and within thousands of different professions, forming a valuable network together. We are a feminist organization, politically independent, and part of TCO.

We are looking for membership administrators. Do you want a member-focused role where you contribute to a better working life for our members every day? Do you enjoy solving problems and have an eye for what needs to be done – even before anyone asks? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

Vision is currently making a historic investment to grow in union strength through more members and more elected representatives. For us, member service is a crucial part of the membership experience. Therefore, we are looking for someone motivated to handle daily cases with high service and actively contribute to developing our working methods, routines, and systems.

About the role. You will be part of the membership unit with 26 employees, divided into two teams and two unit managers. We are responsible for invoicing and payment of membership fees as well as ensuring that Vision's membership system is correct and up to date. The work is varied and involves both operational work and improvement work. At times, the pace is high, and you need to enjoy managing multiple tasks simultaneously with good structure and accuracy.

Your tasks:

  • Provide service and answer questions from members and elected representatives via email and phone.
  • Register memberships and update personal information.
  • Handle and follow up on cases related to membership fees, payment flows, and similar.
  • Quality assure routines and contribute to developing working methods.
  • Follow up, evaluate, and streamline routines.
  • Develop and manage our membership system.

Is this you? You are service-oriented, responsible, and thrive in a role where structure, quality, and pace are important. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you take initiative, prioritize wisely, and get things done. You are also a team player who steps in where needed.

We are looking for someone with basic social knowledge and a good understanding of the welfare sector, so you can put members' questions and cases in context. It is also important that you are familiar with and support Vision's values.

You need to have:

  • Experience in administrative work with many parallel cases and deadlines.
  • Experience in phone-based service/support.
  • Very good computer skills and ease in learning new systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and preferably CRM and/or membership systems.
  • Experience with accounts receivable, fees, or payment flows (or similar).

We are recruiting for both permanent and temporary positions. The positions are located in Stockholm. We work in newly renovated premises at Hötorget, which creates good conditions for variation in work and a good working environment. The office is our primary workplace.

Welcome with your application and CV by February 28, 2026. We may call for interviews on an ongoing basis during the application period. You apply by clicking the apply button below.
