Lindab Byggpartner is Sweden's leading project supplier of Swedish-manufactured building products in thin sheet metal – and complete steel halls. We have production in Piteå and are represented with sales offices across the country - from Malmö in the south to Luleå in the north.
About the Position
As a project sales representative within Roof & Facade, you will become a key player in our customer projects. The role is broad, and you will drive the business from the first contact to handover, in close collaboration with colleagues in sales, estimation, and construction.
You will work with:
- Creating, developing, and nurturing customer relationships
- Technical advice and work preparations
- Dimensioning, project planning, and estimates
- Quote and contract negotiations
- Project management up to handover
Your customers include construction companies, hall builders, and property owners. The district covers parts of Central Sweden – but we welcome applicants from the entire area, as your drive and personality are what matter most.
Your Background
You have a vocational, engineering, or university education in construction or equivalent experience, as well as a good understanding of building technology. You are business-driven and have a natural ability to build trust.
We believe you have:
- Experience in the construction industry within construction companies or consulting as a contracting engineer, estimator, or project manager/site manager in the relevant or related industry
- Good system and computer skills
- Driver's license (B)
Experience in the construction of halls, warehouses, or industrial buildings is an advantage.
To succeed and thrive in the role of project sales representative, you have a strong technical interest and are good at planning, structuring, and driving your work forward. You work independently to achieve set goals while maintaining an open attitude towards others and see value in collaborating to reach set objectives. You have good social skills, are adept at building customer trust, and are motivated by building long-term relationships with customers.
Your interest in business and the overall operations is significant, and you have the ability to understand business principles with a focus on good profitability and growth. Furthermore, you are meticulous, and it is important for you to deliver good technical quality within the set timeframe.
