Night Operations Manager

While others go home, you take over the responsibility. You coordinate operations, handle urgent situations, and serve as the reliable contact for both customers and employees during the most intense hours of the night. This role is ideal for you who thrive on responsibility, quick decisions, and making a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper staffing, manage deviations, call in replacements, and prioritize critical functions
• Receive and register sick leave notifications and assess consequences
• Be the first contact for customers regarding issues, complaints, and urgent questions
• Drive the operations management vehicle, visit units, follow up on work environment, and support teams
• Ensure quality through follow-up, deviation management, and reporting
• Be responsible for clear handover and daily report

We are looking for someone who

• Has good operational knowledge, preferably from a rail environment or other shift work
• Leads confidently and makes independent decisions under pressure
• Communicates clearly and calmly, even in demanding situations
• Handles conflicts and urgent events with both judgment and decisiveness
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and is familiar with digital systems
• Has a valid driver's license (B)
