TeknikAkademin Norden AB is looking for a trainer in construction law who wants to teach and guide students on legal issues related to construction and civil engineering projects. The role includes both theoretical teaching and practical elements, focusing on contract types, agreements, responsibility distribution, and dispute resolution.

As a trainer, you contribute to providing students with a comprehensive understanding of how legal regulations and standard agreements are applied in contracts and construction projects.

• Teach construction law and relevant standard agreements (e.g., AB, ABT, ABK)

• Guide students in interpreting agreements and responsibility distribution between parties

• Introduce legal aspects of procurement, changes, and additional work

• Teach risk management, dispute resolution, and practical legal applications

• Support students in case work and legal analysis

• Has a professional or academic background in law with a focus on construction or contract law

• Has good knowledge of contract types and standard agreements in the construction sector

• Has experience in legal work related to construction and civil engineering projects

• Is analytical and confident in legal reasoning

• Has good pedagogical skills and can convey legal connections clearly

• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

• Preferred: experience in teaching or mentoring
