About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous Sensory Panel Leader/Coordinator who will be involved in conducting sensory panels for nicotine pouches (white snus). In this role, you will primarily assist in the execution of the sensory panels, which includes preparing and organizing samples as well as handling related administrative tasks.

You will assist the Sensory Scientist with programming questionnaires, recruiting and screening new panel participants, as well as training and monitoring their performance. You will also schedule test dates and communicate with panel participants to ensure that results are delivered on time, as well as monitor their attendance during the panels. You will participate in evaluation sessions and ensure that results are delivered on time.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing product inventory, which involves keeping track of incoming deliveries, retrieving samples from storage, and confirming the arrival of samples. You will document the samples by photographing and labeling them in a structured manner for efficient storage.

Part of your role will also involve purchasing commercial products and maintaining the inventory for sensory flavor samples. You will coordinate international product deliveries to support markets in Northern Europe and manage purchases of products from both retail and e-commerce.

This is a full-time position, with a desired start date as soon as possible. It is a 6-month consulting assignment via Adecco, with the possibility of extension. Working hours are daytime from 09:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Background checks and drug and alcohol tests will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in administrative work and the ability to analyze, interpret, and clearly communicate data. You should feel comfortable working in a laboratory and production environment, as well as in environments with scents from flavoring agents and nicotine products. Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement, and it is an advantage if you have a driver's license and access to a car.

Experience in sensory work or food science is a plus. Knowledge or willingness to learn about smoke-free process technology, research and development processes, manufacturing, or quality is beneficial, as well as experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. It is an advantage if you have a degree in food science or a bachelor's degree in a scientific field.

As a person, you are meticulous, detail-oriented, and enjoy administrative tasks. You have the ability to work systematically in a supportive role and can easily adapt to different situations. Additionally, you are flexible and maintain high efficiency even in fast-changing environments.
