Klara Team

Klara's vision is clear: “We make the world a little better, one person at a time.” Everyone should be treated with respect and receive help to live the best life possible.

Klara focuses on the individual. With commitment and expertise, we make a difference for every individual we meet through our operations. The vision and values are our guiding stars in our interactions with care recipients and in how our employees treat each other.

As one of Sweden's leading actors in care staffing, Klara facilitates thousands of assignments each year. Our clients are primarily municipalities and other private care providers. Klara Team offers nursing teams that are responsible for on-call services during holidays, evenings, and nights at nursing homes.

About the job:

You will work independently and be responsible for urgent and planned interventions within a manageable area in nursing homes/home care. You will also provide advice and support via phone to care staff. Klara Team is available during on-call hours - evenings, nights, weekends during the day, and on public holidays.

As a nurse with us, you need a few years of experience as a nurse. If you have further education, that is a plus, but not a requirement! You should be comfortable working in different systems, as we use various journal systems as well as Mina Planer, NPÖ, and Pascal.

What do we offer:

We offer you an exciting and developing job where you have the opportunity to plan your shifts independently. When work allows, you can start from your home. You will make your assessments via phone and home visits when needed. You will have access to a company car during your shifts, as well as your own work computer and work phone.

We are part of the Ambea group and apply collective agreements.

Who are we looking for?

As a person, you are empathetic and have the ability to see opportunities instead of obstacles with a positive mindset. You work with the patient in focus, and therefore accuracy and a good attitude are a given for you. Quality and efficiency permeate your work. You are skilled at working in a structured way by triaging and prioritizing. You live around Helsingborg/Ängelholm.

A driving license (B) is a requirement.

Location: Helsingborg/Ängelholm

Position: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.

Working hours: 1 night shift and 2 evening shifts with on-call duty during the night.

Application deadline: 2026-02-28. Selection is ongoing.

Warm welcome with your application!
