Physiotherapists Wanted for Summer Temporary Positions in Malmö

Do you want to work closely with people and make a difference in the daily lives of Malmö residents?

We are now looking for physiotherapists for summer temporary positions in rehabilitation during the period of June to August. In this role, you will meet Malmö residents in their home environment and work with assessment, training, and rehabilitation to strengthen function and independence, in collaboration with other professionals.

Job Responsibilities

As a physiotherapist in the City of Malmö, you create good conditions for individuals to live as independently as possible. With us, you are part of a team where you collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, and care staff, and participate in care planning. The work is based on the individual’s needs, personal circumstances, and participation.

As a licensed physiotherapist, you will conduct functional assessments and evaluate, plan, and implement rehabilitative interventions. Together with the patient and the team, you will establish rehabilitation plans with clearly defined goals and design individual training plans. You will also assess and prescribe technical aids as needed. The work also includes guiding other staff in a rehabilitative approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a licensed physiotherapist (180 credits)
  • Can express themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • Has digital competence and is accustomed to using a computer as a working tool and aid.
  • Can ride a bike.
  • Has a driver's license.

It is an advantage if you:

  • Have experience in rehabilitation within municipal operations.

You are structured, collaborate well in a team, and communicate clearly with colleagues, Malmö residents, and their relatives. Additionally, you are outgoing and build relationships in your work.

We are now looking for physiotherapists for the summer to our rehabilitation unit within ordinary housing at the Health, Care, and Social Services Administration. The workplace is characterized by joy at work, solution focus, helpfulness, and close leadership.
