Welcome to Rydebäck Health Center, a health choice unit with over 7,600 registered patients, where employees take great responsibility for the quality of the operations and the social environment. The health center is located in a fantastic station town on the border between Helsingborg and Landskrona, close to the sea. You can easily reach us regardless of how you choose to travel, there are train and bus stations, proximity to the motorway, and a magical bike path from both the north and south.

We currently have about 30 dedicated employees from various professions who work together towards the goal of becoming Skåne's best health center. Our health center has several well-functioning clinics with a wide range of services for patients, such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, elderly care, and district nurse clinics, as well as a popular child health center. We have a rehabilitation team and physiotherapy with a gym and are responsible for a nursing home. Here you will also find, among others, specialist doctors, ST/AT doctors, rehabilitation coordinators, dietitians, and occupational therapists.

We work cross-professionally, and all our patients are registered with a named doctor and an associated team. We are also at the forefront of digital development and strive for good care and high accessibility via phone, 1177 with both digital and physical meetings for our patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a district nurse at our health center, you have a significant role where we are keen to utilize your expertise. The majority of your work will involve your own clinic and close collaboration with the elderly doctor responsible for patients in the municipality and the most vulnerable elderly. Part of the position includes telephone triage and physical triage. You will work with everything from preventive health measures to caring for acutely ill patients. You will also collaborate closely with other key personnel at the clinic to create good and close care for our patients. The position is scheduled for weekdays without weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse with specialist training as a district nurse, with the authority to practice in Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are a requirement for the position. We consider it an advantage if you have experience working in primary care. Additionally, it is advantageous if you have experience in outpatient work within elderly care.

To succeed in this role, you are meticulous, flexible, and have a positive attitude. The role also requires you to have good collaborative skills. Furthermore, we would like you to have an interest in working with development and improvement. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
