Do you want to work with rehabilitation in home environments?
Do you want to work with rehabilitation in home environments and contribute to increased independence for the residents of Malmö? We are now looking for dedicated occupational therapists for summer positions from June to August, focusing on assessment, training, and assistive devices in the homes of Malmö residents.
Job Responsibilities
In the role of occupational therapist in Malmö city, you create good conditions for individuals to live as independently as possible. With us, you are part of a team where you collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists, and care staff, and participate in care planning. The work is based on the individual’s needs, personal circumstances, and participation.
As a licensed occupational therapist, you work on conducting ADL assessments and activity assessments, as well as assessing, planning, and executing rehabilitative interventions. The work also includes guiding other staff in a rehabilitative approach. Testing of technical aids is included.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a licensed occupational therapist (180 credits)
- Can express themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Has digital competence and is accustomed to using a computer as a work tool and aid
- Can ride a bike
- Has a driver's license
It is an advantage if you:
- Have experience in rehabilitation within municipal operations
