Abello Home Care in Landskrona is looking for a team leader who is passionate about quality, clear communication, and a coaching approach. The role combines operational, hands-on leadership in home care with administrative support to management. You will report to the operations manager and work daytime Monday to Friday.

Operational in the business
You lead on-site, coach in the moment, follow up on interactions, routines, and quality, support introductions/supervision, and ensure good documentation in everyday life.

Support to management
You contribute with staffing and scheduling support, deviation and quality follow-up, reporting, meeting planning/minutes, introduction and recruitment support, goal follow-up, and improvement and development work.

• Lead and support the team in daily work – present leadership in the business

• Ensure structure, work environment, quality, and documentation

• Contribute to staffing and scheduling as well as follow up on absence/presence

• Collaborate with customers, relatives, coordinators, management, and other professionals

• Drive improvement work and contribute to a culture characterized by professionalism, participation, and respect

Qualifications

Requirements

• Trained nursing assistant

• Driving license B

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Extensive computer skills in planning, staffing, and documentation systems

• Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and comfortable in a digital work environment (mobile apps)

• Training in or documented experience of leadership (e.g., supervision, team/operational management)

Meritorious

• Training in or documented experience of leadership (e.g., team leader/operational leader, group leader/group manager)

• Experience in change work, quality follow-up, and business development

• Familiarity with relevant laws and guidelines in health and social care
