About the role

As the operations manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for clients, quality, and staff. You are a present leader who creates security for both clients and assistants.

Your main responsibilities:

• Client responsibility and close dialogue with clients and relatives
• 
  
• Establishment and follow-up of implementation plans
• 
  
• Quality work according to LSS and applicable legislation
• 
  
• Staff responsibility, work management, and support for assistants
• 
  
• Recruitment, staffing, and scheduling
• 
  
• Contact with authorities and partners

You will help shape structures, strengthen quality, and contribute to a sustainable work environment.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained social worker or equivalent
• Has experience with LSS and personal assistance
• 
  
• Is confident in your leadership role and has the ability to make decisions with both heart and integrity
• 
  
• Is structured but also attentive and relationship-building
• 
  
• Wants to help build a business where values are not just words

About the position

The position is a managerial role at 50–100%, as agreed.

Start date as agreed.
