A group home in Hammarbyhöjden, operated under contract with a focus on LSS target group 1, currently offering 6 apartments/places. We work with low-arousal approaches and a strong commitment to creating a safe and developing environment for our residents. We are now looking for you who want to work as a support staff.

As a support staff, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable daily life with a lot of structure for those living with us. We work goal-oriented based on the assignment plan, maintaining a professional and salutogenic approach while working within the resources and budget of the organization.

We adapt our work based on each individual's conditions and needs, with the starting point being the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for the users to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources to develop and achieve a good quality of life. Our working method involves a low-arousal approach and is based on clear pedagogical principles.

You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner, enjoying working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good computer skills, experience with documentation.

• Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group.

• Secondary education such as child and leisure program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field.

• Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal approaches.
