About Unika Petrejusvägen

A group home in Hammarbyhöjden, operated under LSS person group 1, currently has 6 apartments/places. We work with low-arousal responses and a strong commitment to create a safe and developing environment for our residents. We are now looking for someone to work as a substitute.

About the role as a Substitute

As a substitute, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable everyday life with a lot of structure for those living with us. We work goal-oriented based on the assignment plan, maintaining a professional and salutogenic approach.

Our work is adapted to each individual's conditions and needs, and the starting point is the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for the users to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources to develop and achieve a good quality of life. Our working method involves having a low-arousal response and is based on clarifying pedagogy.

Qualifications

You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive way, enjoying working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements:
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

  • Good computer skills, experience with documentation.

  • Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group.

  • High school education such as child and leisure program, care and nursing program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or university education in a relevant field.

It is an advantage if you also have:
  • Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal responses.

Employment Conditions

Employment Type: Substitute Working Hours: Schedule: Rolling schedule, day, evening, weekend Start Date: By agreement, we welcome if you can start shortly. Collective Agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.

About the Recruitment Process

Before any employment, an extract from the criminal record along with valid photo identification must be presented. If you are called for an interview, you need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
