Job Responsibilities
Together with your team, you create security and continuity for our residents. You become an important support in their daily lives and a natural part of their social context.
Rosenhälls care and nursing home is now investing in a new role as a specialist nursing assistant. You are an important part of driving change - we are constantly looking for new, smart ways to work, with the goal of offering modern and meaningful elderly care.
In the role of specialist nursing assistant, you work days, evenings, and every other weekend and fill an important function in our team. Your main job responsibilities include:
- Using your specialist knowledge to provide person-centered care, where each user is at the center and care is tailored to their individual needs and life history.
- Working closely with other colleagues, as well as nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists to create a safe, stimulating, and meaningful everyday life for our users.
- Guiding and supporting colleagues and relatives with your expertise and helping them meet and manage the challenges of everyday life.
- Contributing to the development and quality assurance of the operations by participating in team meetings, where you further develop care methods and working methods with the users' well-being in focus.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Is a trained specialist nursing assistant with 200 higher vocational education credits relevant to elderly care.
- Can present a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Has experience working in elderly care.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Knowledge from psychiatry.
- Good knowledge of documentation and method support such as Senior Alert and BPSD.

Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can be considered.
Criminal record checks are conducted for all positions within the social services.
For positions within HVB operations, the HVB home extract is requested.
For positions within services aimed at children with disabilities, extracts for children with disabilities and verification of personal data are requested.
For other positions within social services, the extract for verification of personal data is requested.
If the extract is not digital, it must be brought in an unopened envelope during the check.

Employment occurs on the condition that necessary decisions are made.
