Welcome to us

Ribbaskolan's F-6 school is located in Gränna with about 250 students. We have nice, functional premises in a beautiful and inspiring environment, between Grännaberget and Vättern. The school also has an after-school program. In our school area, Kumlabyskolan is also included, located on Visingsö.

Ribbaskolan is situated in an area rich in culture, recreational activities, and nature experiences, providing the best conditions for a pleasant school environment. Our conviction is that a good school starts with teachers who have good subject knowledge, good relationships with students, and high expectations that everyone can and wants to succeed in school. Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed teacher and have a teaching degree for grades 4-6 with basic qualifications in Swedish, mathematics, and English. We view positively those with a broad education with qualifications in several subjects. You who have not yet received your license or are in the final stages of your education are of course also welcome to apply. Knowledge and experience in working with practical-aesthetic subjects are meritorious. Basic IT skills are a requirement.

It is important that you have the ability to create good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. It is also important to be a good role model, have clear expectations for students, and be proactive and driving in the pedagogical work. You have the ability to see students' different needs, take into account their individual circumstances, and help students grow and develop to achieve good results. Being secure in the teaching role and feeling pride in your work are also important qualities.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
