Do you want to work in a school where safety, study focus, and learning are prioritized? For the autumn term, we are now looking for several teachers for Landsbro Middle School – a school where we focus on building relationships and have close collaboration between different subjects.

Landsbro Middle School is a newly renovated school with pleasant facilities, close to nature, and sports facilities just a few minutes away. The size of the school allows you to get to know the students – about 300 young people attend here – and we are in an exciting development phase focusing on safety, study focus, and good learning environments.

We are looking for you who are qualified to teach in:

• English
• Mathematics
• Science
• Spanish
• Swedish
• German

The scope of the positions and subject combinations can be adapted based on your teaching certification. You specify which position or positions you are interested in.

With us, you will be part of an engaged teaching team where colleagues support, challenge, and share ideas with each other. You will be part of a working group where you together develop teaching and create a learning environment that gives every student the opportunity to grow. In addition to the working group, you will also collaborate with colleagues in subject meetings to develop teaching within your specific subject.

You plan and implement teaching that provides students with the conditions to both develop and achieve their goals. By adapting teaching based on each student's needs, you create a learning environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. The role also includes documenting and following up on students' development as well as maintaining close communication with both students and guardians.

We work from a relational perspective, where we see each student, strengthen their belief in their own abilities, and inspire lifelong learning. Equity is central – all students should have the same opportunity to succeed.

As a new teacher with us, you will receive a mentor, an experienced colleague who is there to support and provide feedback. The school also has a driven and engaged EHT team that supports both students and you as a teacher.

Qualifications

• We are looking for you who are a certified teacher qualified to teach in grades 7-9.
