Then take the chance and apply for the position of teacher responsible for teaching Mathematics and Science at our secondary school. You will also have the role of mentor, belonging to a work team and a subject team that continuously works to improve teaching and build trusting relationships with students and guardians.

Welcome to us

Attarpsskolan is a 7-9 school with about 450 students and around 50 employees. We are located in beautiful Bankeryd, 10 km north of Jönköping, and it is easy to get here using the municipality's public transport.

Your qualifications

You who are applying are a qualified teacher with a teaching license for the relevant subjects and school form. If you have not yet received your teaching license or are at the end of your education, you are also welcome to apply. You will have the opportunity to receive a mentor. You are also well-grounded in the primary school’s mission and governing documents.

You have a strong commitment and interest in creating the best conditions for students, and working in a team and collaborative learning is a given for you. You share ideas and new perspectives. You are communicative and therefore have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

The work requires a professional approach where you have the ability to analyze, structure, and work towards set goals. You can think innovatively and are flexible in your working methods.

You have basic IT skills.

In the process, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Good to know

To facilitate the recruitment process, we ask you to attach relevant certificates and grades for the position you are applying for. Please note that the Education Act requires all employees to present an extract from the criminal record.

Before hiring new employees for our teaching positions, we must ensure that there is a valid teaching license. Therefore, we ask you to attach a current teaching license obtained from the Swedish National Agency for Education within the last two months.
