Furulund School is Eksjö municipality's only F-9 school. This means we follow our students for many years, creating unique opportunities to monitor their learning and foster collaboration and good partnerships. We have 260 students and approximately 60 educators and other key personnel, all working towards the common goal that all students should feel well, be safe, and succeed in their studies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engaged teacher for grades F-3. You will be a class teacher in one of our classes 1-3, depending on the staffing allocation for the autumn, and be part of the F-6 work team.

Your responsibilities include independently and collaboratively planning, implementing, and evaluating the educational work in the student group according to the school's curriculum, together with your closest colleague and the work team. You are responsible for ensuring the quality of your teaching, providing students with the conditions to achieve high goal fulfillment, and ensuring that students are met with positive expectations. Together with colleagues, you contribute to a functioning operation where the development of yourself, the students, the work team, and the organization is the focus.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a certified teacher for grades F-3.

We are looking for a team player with high social competence and a positive view of students. You have good communication and collaboration skills. You have a solution-focused approach in your interactions with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are open to learning from others and willingly share your knowledge and experiences.

You are organized and structured, as well as driven in your professional role. You have the will and significant initiative to improve and develop the operation based on set goals. It is natural for you to work systematically and efficiently while being comfortable with digital technology.
