JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to make a difference in people's everyday lives? We are now looking for a family therapist for our open care.

In our unit, 16 dedicated employees work together to provide support, both through assessed assistance measures and time-limited advice and support measures without individual needs assessment. We invest a lot in holding parent support training individually and in groups. Preventive work and easily accessible measures are our focus.

We are looking for someone who has the ability and openness to work with both children and adolescents, their parents, as well as adults with problematic relationships to alcohol, drugs, gambling, and violence in close relationships. The work is adapted to the individual's and family's needs and may vary over time.

As a family therapist, you will work with psychosocial change work together with children, adolescents, adults, and their relatives. You will work in a structured manner by setting, following up, and working based on SMART goals with the individual towards reasonable living conditions.

The work is carried out through conversations at the social services, at the citizen's home or another location, practical change work in the home environment, and in collaboration with other actors such as schools, preschools, and health care.

Documentation is done in Journal Digital, and you are expected to contribute to the development of the service by, for example, developing new routines and working methods.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Social worker, treatment educator, social educator, or equivalent education
• Education and experience in treatment work according to evidence-based methods is an advantage
• Driving license B is required
