About the AssignmentChildren and young people are increasingly experiencing stress-related and psychosomatic issues, creating a clear need for preventive and health-promoting initiatives that are accessible and tailored to the target group. In this assignment, you will contribute to developing, implementing, and establishing structured dance-based activities that enhance mental well-being, joy of movement, and social community.
You will provide process support to relevant actors and organizations, working both strategically and operationally – from planning and startup to quality assurance, follow-up, and collaboration – with the possibility of local adaptation based on different conditions.
Responsibilities- Support the development, implementation, follow-up, and establishment of structured health-promoting dance activities for children and young people
- Plan and carry out the startup of activities and provide ongoing advice regarding setup, quality, and execution
- Contribute to competence supply and practical conditions for implementation in the organizations
- Drive networking and collaboration work between relevant actors, such as municipalities, schools, and student health
- Ensure a structured working method with quality assurance and follow-up
- Conduct the majority of the work through physical meetings and activities on-site in Skåne municipalities
- Documented experience of dance-based initiatives for children and young people focusing on mental health or health promotion
- Experience in providing process support related to the development, implementation, and follow-up of organizations or methods
- Experience in collaboration with municipalities, schools, and/or student health
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally, including planning, startup, and ongoing advice
- Experience in working systematically with quality assurance and follow-up
- Ability to conduct the majority of the assignment through physical meetings on-site in Skåne
- Experience with the concept Dance for Health or other equivalent evidence- or experience-based methods
- Experience in competence supply, such as recruitment and training of activity leaders
- Experience in network building and regional coordination among multiple actors
- Competence in adaptation and inclusion, such as working with children and young people with special needs or within adapted schools
- Experience in follow-up and evaluation of initiatives
- Good knowledge of regional or municipal structures in Skåne
