Unika Södra Munkarp 326 is located about 10 minutes from Eslöv and approximately 15 minutes by car from Höör. It is a group home with 6 apartments situated in the countryside with a lush garden that offers opportunities for outdoor activities.

To get to and from the unit, you need access to your own car.

Södra Munkarp is an old school that was converted into a group home in the late 1980s.

On the ground floor, there is a large common room where residents can socialize. We have our own operational vehicle, which allows us to take residents on outings. The accommodation is staffed around the clock.

As a support assistant, you will work to provide individually tailored support to individuals with disabilities, aiming to promote their independence and well-being in daily life. You will support users in their daily routines and activities based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as a starting point.

We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, focusing on each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for users to achieve as much independence as possible and to live a meaningful life with high quality of life. As a support assistant, you will work based on clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal responses to create safety and predictability in users' daily lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the resources and budget of the organization.

You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner, enjoying working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good computer skills, experience in documentation.

• Experience working within LSS

• High school education such as child and leisure program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue

• Driver's license and access to your own car

• Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal responses.

• Experience working with complex support needs.

Employment type: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period Work percentage: Approximately 78% Working hours: Varying hours, day, evening, and every other weekend Start date: By agreement, we look positively on if you can start soon.
