About the Role

We are looking for a BI Developer with a focus on Qlik Sense who wants to help further develop Connecting Stockholm's BI and analytical capabilities. You will be an important part of our work to create data-driven insights that strengthen the organization and our users. You will be part of the IT & Digitalization area, where we work closely with the business to support the organization's needs for data, analysis, and decision support. The team currently consists of developers, analysts, and specialists in integration and data platforms. Here you will have colleagues with broad technical expertise, a high willingness to collaborate, and a strong focus on creating value through development and analytical capability.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications, reports, and data model applications
• Gather, analyze, and translate the business needs into BI solutions
• Support the business in how Qlik Sense can be used through training, advice, and ongoing support
• Contribute to the development of the organization's BI strategy, guidelines, and standards
• Work with access management and security models for correct access
• Document data models, code, design decisions, and application structure clearly and traceably
• Keep up with the development of new features, trends, and best practices within the Qlik platform and BI field

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is meticulous and quality-conscious, with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for both planning and delivery. You understand the business needs and can translate them into usable solutions. You are curious and keep yourself updated on new technology, while also wanting to develop and improve work methods. Furthermore, you are unpretentious, willingly share your knowledge, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture. We wish that you have:

• Strong experience in Qlik Sense development in both On-Prem and Qlik Cloud.
• Familiarity with working in the Qlik Sense admin tools (QMC).
• Knowledge of NPrinting and Reporting in Qlik Cloud.
• Comfort with SQL and databases (e.g., MS SQL).
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Fabric).
• Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools.
• Basic understanding of data security, GDPR, and access control.
