About the Role

Swedavia IT is looking for a Senior Requirements Analyst to lead the requirements work in a strategic project regarding the procurement and implementation of a new Radar Tracking Monitoring System, including noise measurement.

This is a qualified and business-critical assignment in a technically advanced environment related to socially critical infrastructure.

You will be responsible for initiating and driving the requirements work throughout the project lifecycle – from analysis of the completed feasibility study to finished procurement documentation and support in the implementation phase.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze and further develop the completed feasibility study
• Identify, analyze, and structure the needs of the business
• Lead requirements workshops with the business and IT
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements
• Prepare and quality assure procurement documentation according to LOU
• Ensure that the requirements work follows Swedavia's processes and frameworks
• Prioritize requirements based on business value and technical conditions
• Follow up and steer the requirements work towards set goals and delivery times
• The role requires a strong technical understanding combined with the ability to understand the business processes from multiple stakeholder perspectives.

Competence Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• Documented experience of driving requirements work in larger technical IT projects with public procurement
• Practical experience of the Public Procurement Act (LOU)
• At least 7 years of experience as a requirements analyst
• At least two assignments where requirements documentation has been prepared for procurement

Desirable:

• Experience from airport operations
• Knowledge in information modeling and process visualization (e.g., Enterprise Architect)
• Experience in defining and developing effect goals

Personal Qualities:

• High generalist competence or deep specialist competence in requirements work
• Solid experience as a consultant and ability to quickly understand assignments
• Strong leadership ability – can plan, manage, and take primary responsibility for an area
• Structured, analytical, and decisive
• Great independence with good collaboration skills

Assignment Information

Assignment Period: 1/4 2026 - 30/6 2027

Scope: 50%
