We are looking for an experienced developer in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Power Platform. You will be part of an agile team working according to SAFe and contributing to both the further development and management of a business-critical platform in the insurance industry.

The role suits you who thrive in an environment with clear priorities, continuous releases, and close collaboration between development and business.

• Develop and configure solutions in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Further develop and manage the platform's functionality based on the team's prioritized initiatives.
• Work with release management related to Dynamics 365 CE.
• Develop and maintain plugins.
• Build integrations and services with Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
• Contribute to the team's agile working methods according to SAFe.

• Very good experience in development and configuration in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Very good knowledge of release management for Dynamics 365 CE.
• Very good experience in plugin development.
• Experience with Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
• Good knowledge of C#.
• Good knowledge of React and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing.

• Experience with automated unit testing.
• Experience with Azure Pipelines.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with agile working methods.
• Experience with Copilot and AI-driven assistants in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales.
