ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will work with advanced system integration, focusing on ensuring seamless communication between radar systems and adjacent command systems. You will review and specify interfaces, as well as act as technical support in procurement projects to ensure that the systems meet high security and functionality requirements.

The role of systems engineer involves being responsible for the design and integration of interfaces between advanced radar systems and command systems, ensuring that technical specifications are met and that the systems can communicate effectively and securely. You will act as a key person in procurement processes and contribute your expertise in system architecture.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Technical review: Review suppliers' specifications (IRS) to ensure that the technology meets the high demands placed within the defense.
Interface design: Develop technical documentation for both physical and digital interfaces.
Requirements specification: Develop and specify interfaces to ensure integration with adjacent projects and systems.
Collaboration: Support procurement projects with expertise in system design and integration of radar systems.
Quality assurance: Work with architecture to ensure that the systems interact effectively and securely.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has experience from a similar role as a systems engineer, or an electrical engineer with a focus on radar, or a software engineer with experience in system architecture.
Preferably has experience working with interfaces, radar, or radio within sensor and command systems.
Has an understanding of and experience with the concept of System of Systems (SoS).
Has a good ability for self-leadership and to drive your own work in project form.
Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

Experience from the defense sector or other governmental operations.
Experience with integration and verification of complex technical systems.
Domain knowledge in radar or sensors.
