The Learning Environment Team is a municipal resource for primary schools and adapted primary schools in Eslöv municipality. The team is part of the Language Development Center and currently consists of two experienced teachers with broad competence and great commitment who work to make a difference in our schools. We are now expanding our team and looking for another colleague.

Your mission

As a member of the Learning Environment Team, you will work both reactively, preventively, and proactively with interventions at both individual and group levels. The assignments are planned together with the principal and teachers at the schools and may include:

• Lesson visits and observations
• Coaching teachers who need support in their teaching, for example in pedagogical leadership or when facing challenges in the classroom
• Strategic advice and concrete solutions to improve learning environments
• Planning and implementing development initiatives together with the school's staff
• Collaboration with school management, student health teams, and other school staff to identify and create sustainable working methods
• In addition, some administrative tasks will be included

Your experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified special educator, a lead teacher, or has other education/experience deemed equivalent
• Has experience in mentoring teachers and developing inclusive learning environments
• Works with a focus on development and has an analytical approach
• It is an advantage if you have experience in municipal-wide work

About the workplace

Within the unit, in addition to the Learning Environment Team, there are two school developers (Language, reading and writing developers and Mathematics developers), as well as the Mother Tongue Unit, central preparatory class, and school administrator. Together, we work in various ways to support all our students and schools in the municipality.
