ABOUT THE POSITION We at Kura Omsorg are looking for a flexible and responsible personal assistant for our client, who lives outside Falköping. The assignment is suitable for you who want to work as a substitute as needed – for example, when regular staff are absent due to illness, vacation, or other temporary reasons. We are also looking for a summer substitute at about 77% who can work from week 25 to week 32.

The working hours vary between weekdays and weekends and are distributed according to the following schedule:

• 07:30 AM - 11:00 PM

The start date will be agreed upon, and we would like you to begin your introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 60s with dementia and uses a walker as an aid in daily life. As a personal assistant in this assignment, you will help with daily routines, such as household chores, personal hygiene, and assisting during meals.

The client enjoys crafting and has previously engaged in activities such as candle making, baking, and home improvement. These types of activities may also occur during your shifts as an assistant.

Our client prefers female applicants, and we consider it an advantage if you have previous experience working as a personal assistant or from other care and support services that the employer assesses as equivalent.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license/access to a car to get to and from the workplace, public transport is not available.

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

PREFERABLE

• Experience in care or equivalent.

Employment rate: Approximately 77%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.
