About Folktandvården Fristad

At Folktandvården Fristad, we work together as a team of 16 dedicated employees – four dentists, one dental hygienist, and our skilled dental nurses.

We are located in the heart of Fristad, in bright, modern, and fresh premises that create a pleasant and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

Here we provide general dental care for all ages – from the very youngest child coming for their first visit to our oldest patients, whom we meet with the same care and professionalism.

Our ambition is to offer safe, accessible, and high-quality dental care where both the patient's needs and a good reception are at the center.

About the Job

As a clinic coordinator, you are the clinic manager's management support and part of the clinic management team, which means you are the employer's representative. You should, with natural integrity and loyalty, support the clinic manager in the task of leading and developing the operations and actively work towards achieving goals in accordance with clinic contracts and other governing documents.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Manage staffing issues, appointment scheduling, and Heroma reporting.
• Be responsible for scheduling and managing absences.
• Be an active support to the clinic manager in change management, operations, personnel, and finance.
• Exercise daily leadership.
• Participate in the introduction and development of employees and students.
• Participate in systematic work environment efforts.
• Contribute to the development of operations by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work.
• Support the implementation and follow-up of various projects and systems.
• Continue collaboration with nearby clinics to promote common goals.

Qualifications

• be a trained dental nurse, dental hygienist, or have another relevant education.
• have experience from working within Folktandvården or a similar healthcare organization.
• be structured and a good organizer.
• have good communication skills and the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• contribute to collaboration, cooperation, and a safe and developing work environment.
• be a norm creator based on the organization's values.
• have the ability to handle changing circumstances, new demands, and unexpected situations with a solution-oriented approach.
