I am currently looking for licensed pharmacists to join my national or regional competence pool in my areas around Sjuhärad or Bohuslän – I have an engaged and supportive team that contributes their expertise where the need is greatest. I am looking for someone who is positive, driven, and perhaps lacks challenge in their current position and wants to develop within my team, together with me!

As a national pooler, you will have a workday filled with variety and new perspectives on your profession. One week you might work by the sea in Bohuslän and the next in the mountain environment of northern Sweden. You will meet new customers, collaborate with different teams, and gain a broader understanding of the business. You will also have the opportunity to:

• Strengthen customers' medication use and health
• Be an important link between pharmacies, regions, and service offices
• Identify improvement opportunities in operations and customer flows
• Coach and educate colleagues in new working methods
• Participate in national campaigns and collaborations

As a regional competence pooler, you will work within a smaller area, but the tasks remain the same.

Your daily support will come from your nearest leader, me/Camilla for the competence pool, and your fantastic colleagues. The position is a permanent employment that starts with a six-month probationary period. A driver's license is required to commute to and from the workplace.
