JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for engaged and responsible summer substitutes for our night operations within home care. As night staff, you work to create safety and good care for clients in their own homes during the night.

The job responsibilities include personal care, which may involve assistance with personal hygiene, toilet visits, transfers, and other needs that may arise during the night. The work also includes responding to safety alarms, documenting efforts, and collaborating with colleagues and other care staff.

The work is primarily performed independently but in close collaboration with and supported by colleagues.

Some health care tasks may occur following delegation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Care and nursing education or previous experience in home care is an advantage but not a requirement.

Your personal qualities are important to us, so we are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in working with people and creating conditions for them to feel good.
• Is engaged, attentive, flexible, and structured.
• Has a positive attitude towards both clients and colleagues.

We also have some requirements:

• You have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• You have a B driver's license.
• You are accustomed to using digital devices for information retrieval and documentation.
