About Us

Welcome to Närhälsan Nossebro Rehabilitation Clinic. Here, five dedicated and experienced employees work across various professional categories, such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and administrative staff.

The clinic is centrally located in the small, pleasant town of Nossebro in Essunga Municipality. The clinic is situated in the same building as the health center and the municipality's rehabilitation unit, with whom we have a good and close cooperation. We also collaborate with rehabilitation clinics in the nearby towns of Grästorp and Vara regarding work, competence development, and professional meetings.

About the Job

Your tasks involve assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: complaints and injuries of the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental ill health. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is created.

The work is carried out at the clinic, digitally, and via home visits. Patient treatment is primarily individual.

The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both at our own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues are responsible, together with the manager, for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an asset, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Furthermore, you view collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the work, which you perform with engagement. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized manner based on the organization's goals. Since the workload varies and unexpected events may occur, we require you to be flexible and independent.

A professional working approach and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a given for you. We also expect you to live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.

Business travel occurs. A B-class driver's license is required.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters at the HR department, who invite candidates to a telephone interview. Subsequently, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on factual situations. It is important that you describe situations as concretely as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
