Närhälsan Biskopsgården Health Center is located on Hisingen in Södra Biskopsgården with around 12,000 registered patients.

About the Job

Your tasks at the health center span a broad field and cover general medical competence with patients of all ages and situations. You work independently and variably with reception work. Supervision is provided by an experienced specialist who gives you support and knowledge exchange. We offer you a varied job with good development opportunities. About You

You are a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish health and medical care and have an interest in primary care and doing specialty training (ST) in general medicine. You possess language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale.

We are looking for someone who is attentive and has a good attitude since you will meet many different patients at the health center. You work independently and are confident in making your own decisions, while contributing with commitment and initiative to the development of the operation. You enjoy teamwork and like to collaborate with colleagues and partners to jointly create a care environment characterized by quality, trust, and care.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.

The position is a temporary assignment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension and specialty training (ST).

For those who have trained as a physician abroad and have not completed AT (residency) in Sweden to obtain a medical license, the new regulations regarding Basic Service (BT) apply from July 1, 2021. Basic Service for physicians (BT) is a mandatory initial part of the specialty training in the new ordinance ST-2021 (HSLF-FS 2021:8). This means that you need to do BT before or as an initial part of your ST.
