About the Job

Your tasks will include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental health issues. The job also involves prescribing aids. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan will be developed.

The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Some work can be performed remotely. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups.

The job involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in an ongoing improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome new graduates.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you view collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the job, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the goals of the operations. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent.

About the Recruitment Process
