Job Description

We are looking for a Consultant & Business Manager for our management team in Stockholm. This role focuses on leadership, sales, and business development.

As a key person in our leadership team, you will drive SwedQ's growth by expanding our network of clients, managing consulting assignments, and developing partnerships. You will play an active role in recruitment, marketing, and business development from the ground up.

To succeed in this role, an entrepreneurial spirit, a forward-thinking mindset, and the ability to take initiative are required. You are a natural relationship builder with the drive to help SwedQ grow and expand.

Your Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Relationships: Build and maintain long-term client relationships and secure new projects.
• Consultant Engagement: Match the right consultants to clients' needs and ensure project success.
• Recruitment: Drive recruitment processes to expand your business unit with the best engineers and staff.
• Financial Responsibility: Ensure profitability and sustainability within your business unit, delivering positive results.
• Leadership & Strategy: Be a central part of SwedQ's growth, influence decisions, and guide the company forward.

Who Are You:

• Experience in: Recruitment, business development, or sales.
• Relationship Builder: Driven by developing partnerships and helping others grow.
• Proactive & Ambitious: You take initiative, think big, and are not afraid to get involved in various parts of the business.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Educational background in: Sales, business development, or technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B sales or telemarketing.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Driver's license (B).
