Electronics Engineer Educator - Embedded Development

📍 Gothenburg (possibility for partial remote work) 📅 Start: Autumn semester 2026

Teknikakademin is looking for an engaged educator in the embedded development and electronics engineering field. This role is suitable for you who have a deep technical understanding of embedded systems and want to educate the engineers of the future.

As an educator, you will plan, implement, and develop teaching in modern electronic design, embedded programming, and system integration. The teaching takes place on-site in Gothenburg with the possibility of some remote elements.

• Teach electronics, digital technology, and embedded development

• Convey knowledge in hardware-near programming (C, C++, Python)

• Teach Linux as an embedded operating system

• Introduce AI/ML applications in embedded systems

• Teach PCB design, simulation, and electronics CAD

• Guide students in projects, labs, and testing and verification processes

• Develop and ensure the quality of course materials

• Excellent knowledge in embedded development and electronics

• Experience with C/C++, Python, and Linux-based embedded systems

• Knowledge of digital technology, communication protocols, and IoT

• Experience in PCB design and/or electronics CAD

• Relevant technical education or equivalent professional experience

• Good pedagogical skills

• Experience in AI/ML for embedded systems

• Experience from the electronics or embedded industry

• Previous experience as an instructor/mentor

• Experience in project work or managing smaller projects
