Professional Galaxy is looking for an Operative/Tactical Buyer on behalf of our client.

Description Operative/Tactical Buyer, level 3

Assignment description: • Ensure that our purchasing strategy, working methods, and purchasing policy are applied • Create purchase orders based on purchase requests • Conduct purchasing preparation in consultation with strategic buyers and purchasing quality • Monitor deliveries • Measure, analyze, and communicate agreed KPIs to suppliers • Be responsible for maintaining records, e.g., lead time, for a number of purchasing items • Ensure that export control requirements are managed and met • Handle claims in consultation with purchasing quality

Profile: We prefer that the consultant applying for the assignment has several years of experience in operational purchasing and is well acquainted with the supplier market and its challenges and opportunities. As a person, you are service-oriented and take initiative to solve the tasks that come your way.

The assignment is subject to defense secrecy, which means requirements for Swedish citizenship and approval of security clearance conducted by the authority.
