DM TAK is a stable, professional, and long-standing growing company that specializes in high-quality roofing and roof services in the Stockholm region. We aim to deliver roofs that last longer. The company currently employs 30 people who collaborate with subcontractors. The business is based in our premises in Länna Industrial Area. As we receive more and more customers who want quality roofs, we are looking for a truly efficient and energetic person to become our new RECRUITER

What does this role entail?

We are now seeking a recruiter for a temporary position as one of our employees goes on parental leave. The position is a temporary role starting at the end of March and will continue until the regular employee returns from parental leave.

In the role of recruiter, you will have a key position where you closely collaborate with the HR manager to attract and identify competent staff and subcontractors for our organization. This includes recruitment, onboarding of new employees, personnel administration, and supporting our HR manager with necessary tasks.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good communication skills and masters the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

• Is driven, solution-oriented, and goal-focused.

• Has good computer skills.

Previous experience in personnel work is an advantage but not a requirement; the most important thing is that you can demonstrate results where you are and have been and always have had a strong drive.
