Your role

We are looking for an engaged and organized Project Assistant for the Business Unit Submarines. In this role, you will support our project managers and teams in various phases of the project cycle, as well as assist line managers in daily operational work.

Your tasks will vary, but may include:

• Assisting in preparing materials for project managers and line managers and supporting them with other administrative tasks
• Coordinating and organizing meetings and various forms of activities, including practical execution and minute-taking
• Coordinating and organizing visits, such as visitor reception, travel bookings, and conference and venue bookings
• Contributing to the formulation and distribution or updating of information, invitations, minutes, and communication on websites

Travel: Approximately 20 days per year, mainly within Sweden.

You will report to the Head of Project Management, Business Unit Submarines.

Your profile

As a Project Assistant, you play a crucial role in ensuring that both projects and daily operational tasks are carried out efficiently and according to plan. The role requires good organizational skills, flexibility, communication skills, and administrative competence.

To thrive in this role, we believe you are a service-oriented person with a positive attitude who takes initiative to get things done. Furthermore, you have a relationship-building personality and enjoy being the spider in the web while also having an excellent ability to work independently.

You have solid experience in similar roles, preferably from larger international companies. This experience means that you are very confident in yourself and your administrative abilities, as well as having good knowledge of the MS Office suite. You are an effective communicator in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
