We are now welcoming new colleagues who want to work with us on a part-time basis in the reception at Helsingborg Hospital and Ängelholm Hospital. The reception is often the first point of contact for a patient, and as a receptionist, you will be a key person. With your excellent service, you will be the face of our visitors and patients.

Regionservice is Region Skåne's own service provider. We provide services in a hospital environment such as reception work, transport, meal service, and cleaning. Regionservice operates in a complex environment, where the importance of correct flows, functioning logistics, and optimal service delivery affects how well the healthcare succeeds in its mission to provide patients with good and safe care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer part-time employment as a base. This means that the number of working hours per week may vary. You also have the opportunity to apply for temporary positions during the summer period of 2026.

As a receptionist at Regionservice, you will support the operations with your skills in daily work by staffing one of our various receptions at Helsingborg Hospital and Ängelholm Hospital. Typical reception work or cashier work in a hospital environment, which means that you will receive and register patients and then refer them to the correct clinic or department.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has completed high school or equivalent. Additionally, you should have good computer skills. The position requires that you have very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. It is also an advantage if you have previously worked with patient systems such as Pasis.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing good service and is engaged in their professional role. A good reception and a high level of service are crucial for the patient's hospital stay. Therefore, we want you to be positive, accommodating, and have a genuine interest in the service profession. It is also important that you are responsible and meticulous in your work. You want to contribute your commitment and joy to our team!
