We are looking for a results-oriented Business Manager for an exciting full-time assignment at Skånetrafiken starting immediately.

About the assignment

The assignment is a consulting position via Bemannia full-time (100%) starting immediately for approximately 6 months. You will be placed at the unit in Hässleholm.

Your responsibilities

As a Business Manager, you will have experience in a leadership position focusing on business development, budget responsibility, personnel responsibility, and results monitoring. You will lead and develop specialists and work with systematic work environment efforts.

Your qualifications

• Relevant education in economics, law, business development, or equivalent.

• Experience in project and change management.

• Good knowledge of digital tools.

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We see that you, as a person, have the strategic ability to develop business acumen. You are goal and results-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and make decisions. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, trustworthy, analytical, and communicate clearly.

Meritorious It is an advantage if you have education in leadership and documented experience in building networks and collaborating with various stakeholders.
