We are looking for an experienced process leader who can support an organization in a structured and long-term effort with group development, psychological safety, and increased trust. The assignment involves acting as an external, neutral facilitator and creating conditions for open, constructive, and sometimes difficult conversations – with the goal of strengthening transparency, participation, and a common direction.

As a basis, there are results from employee surveys in Winningtemp and targeted questionnaires. An internal working group of eight employees drives the work internally in close collaboration with you.

• Develop and anchor process frameworks together with the internal working group.
• Support the working group in identifying, prioritizing, and structuring efforts over time.
• Create a realistic and sustainable process plan for implementation and follow-up.
• Plan and lead a joint kickoff workshop for the entire organization focusing on engagement, transparency, and participation.
• Conduct ongoing targeted interventions according to the process plan, such as workshops, facilitated dialogues, and group exercises.
• Facilitate structured dialogue and manage resistance, conflicts, and emotionally complex conversations in a safe and professional manner.

• At least 5 years of documented experience in leading group development initiatives focusing on psychological safety, trust, and collaboration.
• Documented experience in planning, leading, and implementing organizational and group processes over time.
• Excellent ability to facilitate structured dialogue and manage resistance, conflicts, and complex conversations professionally.
• Experience as an external and neutral process leader with the ability to build trust with both employees and management.

• Experience from knowledge-intensive organizations.
• Experience working with management teams.
