• Take full responsibility for the recruitment journey, from the first client contact to follow-up and long-term relationships
• Drive requirement meetings and needs analyses to ensure we tailor strategic and precise requirement profiles
• Plan and structure recruitment projects to create effective and smooth processes that deliver
• Initiate searches and headhunting to find the stars that our clients truly need
• Lead screenings and in-depth interviews to carefully assess candidates' skills and potential, and truly find the right match
• Be a strategic partner for our clients and support their planning regarding talent supply and team development
• Build and maintain a strong network so that you always have access to the best candidates and business opportunities

Your background

You have experience in e-commerce or digital competence, preferably from a role where you have worked on building and developing digital teams. Experience in recruitment is a strong plus, but the most important thing is your attitude and ability to build successful growth for our clients. We are looking for someone with a strong business understanding and a genuine passion for people. You are confident, trustworthy, and a strong communicator who enjoys making decisions. Through high drive, positive energy, and the ability to deliver results while having fun along the way, you create value for our clients.

• Have a natural ability to find smart solutions and always see new opportunities to create results
• Be unpretentious, hands-on, and driven to deliver at a high level, from creating new client relationships to strengthening existing partnerships
