We are now looking for a service-oriented claims advisor who wants to grow with us.

About the role

As a claims advisor, you are the face of the company for customers who have experienced a car accident. Your task is to guide them through the entire process - from the initial damage assessment to when the car rolls out of the workshop.

Your main tasks:

- Receive customers and perform professional damage assessments on our branded cars.

- Manage contact with insurance companies and create estimates in Cabas.

- Plan and book jobs for our technicians and painters.

- Ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction in every case.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who excels in service and enjoys a role with many points of contact. For us, your attitude is just as important as your experience.

We would like you to:

- Have experience from the automotive industry (preferable if you have worked with our brands before)

- Be a regular user of Cabas or have a strong desire to master the system.

- Be structured, meticulous, and enjoy order and tidiness.

- Be a team player who spreads positive energy in the team.
