S:t Jörgens school is a F-6 school with 325 students located in central Helsingborg. The school employs 42 staff members. The foundation of all our activities is focused on the best interests of the students.

Job responsibilities

Your role includes coordinating the administrative work at the school and providing independent and qualified support to the school management, students, staff, and guardians. In your role, you will be responsible for coordinating the school's work with student administration and HR administration, among other things. Much of the work is based on IT systems such as UBW, Qliksense, Edlevo, Skola24, Personec P, and Teams.

Your role also includes collaborating with both internal and external parties such as the administration, cleaning companies, and contractors.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in service management or equivalent. Whether you have several years of experience or have recently graduated is not decisive; the most important thing is that you are confident, curious, and unpretentious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Since you will be the first contact for many at the school, it is important that you are attentive, helpful, and responsive to those you interact with and strive to exceed their expectations. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. You are service-minded, innovative, and work towards an inclusive school climate.

You have good IT skills and find it easy to learn new systems. You possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
