Customer Service Advisor at Sparbanken Syd
As a customer service advisor, you will be the face of the bank for customers visiting the office and play a vital role in daily operations.
Alongside helpful colleagues, you will have the opportunity to influence and contribute to the office's working methods and success. Your work will involve meeting customers' needs for everyday services, savings, and identifying their requirements. You will actively engage in customer outreach and sales while also supporting your colleagues. Additionally, you will work on identifying customer needs for bookings with other professionals, such as business advisors and personal advisors.
This position is a temporary role for approximately 1.5 years. You will report to the branch manager at the office in Simrishamn and be part of a team of 12 people, located in Simrishamn, Kivik, and Borrby.
Who are you?
We are primarily looking for someone with one or more years of experience as a customer service advisor. You are sales-oriented, meticulous, responsible, and proactive. It is essential that you are service-minded and focus on the customer's needs.
Furthermore, you have a strong drive and interest in financial markets and are engaged in your work. You are structured and detail-oriented, capable of working both strategically with planning and practically with execution and follow-up. We believe you are motivated by finding simple solutions to complex problems and have a good ability to communicate and establish relationships with individuals in various roles and at different levels. It is important that you can work independently while contributing to a positive group atmosphere.
You are a communicative and service-oriented person who thrives in a role with significant customer contact. You have a positive attitude, are meticulous and structured – while also being adaptable to different situations.
We would like you to:
- Have a relevant university degree in economics or similar.
- Have a SwedSec advisor license. If you do not have it today, you will have the opportunity to obtain it alongside your work.
- Have experience in customer service, preferably within banking or finance.
- Have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish.
