Job Responsibilities
We are looking for reinforcement for our customer service team! The role in the customer service function means that you will assist with inquiries from customers in Sweden and Denmark.
The position is a needs-based employment (part-time as needed) where you work by agreement, based on the needs of the business. You will respond to incoming inquiries from customers regarding both product-specific questions and deliveries and returns. Questions are primarily answered via email, but case handling via phone may occur.
In addition, there will also be administration related to the customer's case as well as updating and developing our website.
Your primary task is to provide good service to customers and help ensure that customers receive the right product based on their specific needs and wishes. You will be part of a smaller team and report directly to the customer service manager.
Background/Profile
You have completed your high school education and we would like you to have experience from a similar role previously. Experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
It is advantageous if you can speak Danish, as well as English and Swedish, both in writing and speaking. We see it as a plus if you can speak German and have experience with the SAP or Zendesk systems. Additionally, a strong interest in technology is essential!
