We are currently looking for someone to join our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Klippan. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 80%, and working hours may vary.

In your role as a salesperson with administrative responsibility

Working in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, handle inventory, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant meetings characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the common tasks as a salesperson, you have a specific administrative responsibility which means that you:

• Ensure that regulations and documentation procedures are followed.
• Maintain administrative order in the office and have knowledge of when and how documents should be archived.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (at least 20 years old) to meet customers who can shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and after closing.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals.
• Has a flexible attitude, a curious mindset to learn new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Has a high school or vocational education.

It is a plus if you have experience in retail, working in a service role, and/or with food and beverages.
