As a customer service representative at Amili, you help people achieve a more secure economy while creating a professional and positive customer experience. You will become a specialist in invoices, payments, and collection cases, handling customer inquiries via phone.

When you finish a call, you have not only contributed to a better financial situation for the individual – you have also ensured that businesses and organizations get paid for their services.

You will receive a comprehensive introduction where you will be trained in the claims management process as well as relevant laws and guidelines. You do not need to have specialist knowledge from the start – we provide you with the right conditions to succeed.

You will be part of an engaged team of about 40 colleagues who together are responsible for the entire flow, from sending out the invoice to registering the payment. Your contribution is an important part of the whole.

• Provide support and guidance on issues related to invoices, payments, and collections primarily via phone

• Contribute to sustainable payment solutions for individuals

• Ensure professional and solution-oriented customer dialogue

• High school education (minimum requirement)

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)

• Experience in customer service (We aim for world-class service, and practice makes perfect.)

• Organized finances without payment remarks (credit check will be conducted)

• Good computer skills and the ability to work simultaneously in multiple systems
