Looking for Retail Staff in Lund, Malmö, and Eslöv

We are currently seeking more Retail Staff for our various stores in the Lund, Malmö, and Eslöv areas. As a Retail Staff member, you will be employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of one of our clients' retail chains. You will primarily work within one retail chain and may move between the chain's different stores as needed. You can book yourself quickly and easily via our app for the shifts that suit you and your schedule. We work with stores such as MQ, Hemtex, and Lindex.

As a salesperson, you will be involved in all regular tasks in the store, such as sales at the register and on the sales floor, customer service, inventory, and restocking. As a salesperson, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work as a team with your colleagues in the store.

To be eligible for the position, you must have another primary occupation of at least 50% according to collective agreements. You can either be a student or working part-time at least 50%, or be a self-employed person with active F-tax. • You have completed high school education
• You have previously worked as a retail salesperson with personal sales experience in retail
• You can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week, in addition to the possibility of working weekends and evenings
• You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English

• You find it rewarding to work in different stores
• You are a team player who enjoys close collaboration with colleagues
• You are flexible and comfortable with not having a fixed schedule
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
